High balancing accuracy
- Special design of rollers, high-precision bearings are used in their assembly, and complex, patented "exact barrel" ® grinding technology is used.
- The monolithic design of supports and frames prevents vibration loss during balancing by reducing the number of elements of the "oscillating system."
- High precision sensors sense even the micro-vibration coming from the rotor.
Usability
- Allows you to measure huge imbalances without destroying the machine, as well as to correct the rotor imbalance directly on the machine.
- Low own "resonant frequency" of the supports allows balancing the rotor at low rpm
- The width of the "support rollers" and the "roller cassette" allows you to install a rotor with a very small length of the rotor support necks.
- The height of location "roller cassettes" makes it possible to install products with large overall dimensions, and the modular design allows you to increase the standard dimensions of the machine due to spacers and tooling.
- The support has the possibility of adjusting the "roller block" in height, this allows balancing the rotor with different diameter of the support necks, and also allows centering the rotor during adjustment of the machine.
- The unique micro-tuning mechanism ® technology eliminates the "thread" effect (when the rotor moves axially).
- Supports are positioned relatively to the frame by means of a chain mechanical drive, this simplifies the adjustment process.
- The special design of the supports allows you to install the rotor without paying attention at its length, the limitation is only the width of the "drive belt" or the length of the bed. (By special order, the bed can be made for a rotor of any length).
- "Belt drive" has a patented "LONG STROKE" ® design, which allows to balance any rotor with only two drive belts.
- The electric motor has a power margin, which reduces the acceleration and braking time of the detail.
- The electric drive is equipped with a frequency converter, it provides reliable protection of all electrical equipment and allows you to organize smooth acceleration and braking of the electric motor, as well as to perform stepless control of the rotor speed.
Machine design
- An alternative to the "belt drive" is "axial drive," which uses a cardan shaft that is able to transmit high torque from the motor to the rotor. Such a drive is used for details having high aerodynamic resistance or design features (for example, screws). The axial drive of all the machine tools of the 9D series is equipped with a full-fledged tailstock.
- Combined drive - both axial and belt drives on one frame. Such a machine will be in demand by enterprises with various rotors in design.
- Drill module to eliminate rotor imbalance without its removing from the machine. It is comfortable to use it to increase the operation performance.
