Crankshaft balancing machine KI-4274

The machine is designed for dynamic balancing of crankshafts (automotive tractor engines) from 10 to 100 kg, hereinafter referred to as rotor.

The correction planes within the length of the rotor to be balanced can be selected in the most convenient part of the rotor, and there is no mutual influence of the correction planes.

The machine is suitable for balancing rotors rotating as a plain bearing. As well as on rolling bearings. Only inter-supported rotors can be balanced on the machine.

Such rotors can be crankshaft; crankshaft complete with flywheel and clutch; threshing drums of combines, corresponding to the technical characteristics of the machine.

Balancing of rotors. Rotors, which create large ventilation flows during rotation, should be balanced in housings.
