Payment and Delivery
Payment
The supply of equipment is carried out under a contract concluded between the Buyer and VTM Group. All terms, including technical specifications, readiness deadlines, and shipping conditions, are detailed in the contract. Payment is made by bank transfer to the official account of VTM Group. The payment process consists of two stages:- A partial prepayment after the contract is signed;
- The remaining balance upon notification that the equipment is ready for shipment.
Delivery
VTM Group covers the cost of transport packaging and loading the equipment onto the transport vehicle. Delivery is not included in the equipment price and is calculated separately. We offer several delivery options in accordance with Incoterms 2020:- FCA Odesa, Ukraine
- DAP — Buyer’s address
- FAS or CIF — port in the Buyer’s country
Commissioning and Start-Up
The machines are delivered pre-configured and ready for operation. The Buyer can carry out commissioning and start-up independently by following the instructions in the User Manual. If desired, VTM Group can provide on-site commissioning as a separate service. This is not included in the equipment price and is calculated individually. The service includes a full system check, test runs, and basic training for the operator. This service is provided separately and is subject to additional charges.Operator Training
Free operator training is included in the equipment price and conducted via an online video session. During this training, our specialists provide detailed guidance on equipment operation, maintenance, and safety procedures.Warranty
Each machine undergoes inspection by our in-house quality control before shipment and is certified for immediate use. The standard warranty period is 12 months. It begins from the date of commissioning, but no later than 6 months from the date the Buyer receives the equipment. During the warranty period, the manufacturer undertakes to repair any equipment failures that occur under normal operating conditions. The warranty applies only if the Buyer follows all prescribed instructions for operation, transportation, maintenance, and storage. The warranty covers repair of the equipment only and does not include reimbursement for any additional related costs.Service
With our service engineers based in Europe and an established spare parts warehouse, VTM Group ensures fast and efficient support for our equipment.- Maintenance and repair of VTM Group balancing machines;
- Software updates throughout the equipment’s service life;
- Training on the operation of VTM Group balancing machines;
- Accuracy verification in compliance with ISO 21940 by our certified partner;
- Technical support and consultations for complex cases.
