MACHINE FOR BALANCING BVI-03-78
Semi-automatic machine for balancing 2- and 3-support cardan shafts model BVI-03-78
Balancing accuracy 5 gmm/kg. The cycle of measuring the imbalance of the cardan shaft is carried out automatically simultaneously in 4 (2 or 3) correction planes. Estimated cycle time for measuring imbalance, taking into account the time of acceleration and deceleration of the cardan shaft, is 11 ... 25 seconds. The movable spindle support is equipped with its own movement mechanism on ball guides to provide auxiliary movement when installing and removing the cardan shaft.
The adjusting movement of the support together with the movement mechanism along the frame provides the possibility of installing 3- and 4-support cardan shafts of any design on the machine within the overall dimensions of the shaft.
It is possible to supply the machine with universal cam clamping adapters with manual clamping. The left spindle support is stationary, driven; the right spindle support and intermediate supports are movable.
The fastening of the cardan shaft flanges in the adapters is carried out automatically by pneumo-mechanical chucks. The clamping chuck provides basing and reliable clamping of cardan shafts with flange sizes in the range up to 125 mm. For each flange size, a centering adapter is made according to the specification.
Asynchronous frequency-controlled electric drive allows you to perform stepless speed control without stopping the electric motor, the choice of optimal modes for balancing, and also to turn additionally the cardan to the place of welding of the balancing plate. The rotation of the cardan shaft to the place of welding of correction weights for each plane is performed automatically by pressing the button on the corresponding support.
To ensure safe working conditions, the machine is equipped with: - protective brackets with a pneumatic drive - to prevent the shaft and its elements from flying out when the hinges or spline connections are destroyed - blocking the inclusion of spindle rotation when they are fixed and when the welding tongs are extended.
The machine is equipped with a sectional protective guard of the cardan shaft to protect against probable ejection, when the shaft rotates, poorly fixed corrective weights, grease from bearings, etc. The guard is equipped with a blocking of the spindle rotation when the guard is not closed.
