The machine spindle is designed as a full-fledged assembly of a collapsible design, which greatly simplifies its maintenance. Asynchronous frequency-controlled electric drive allows you to perform stepless speed control without stopping the electric motor, the choice of optimal modes for balancing, as well as perform the rotation of the rotor. The spindle is fixed by an electromagnetic clutch in the required angular position for the convenience of unbalance correction.
Easy to operate and reliable balancing system PB-02M, which works stably in difficult production conditions, performs a measurement cycle of one correction plane. Interchangeable balancing mandrels developed by our specialists allow you to re-equip the machine for rotors with different mounting holes quickly and conveniently. SKF bearings used in the spindle can be replaced during operation in a short time.
